Made to Order

Every Black Girl Shop puzzle is made especially for you. After your payment is confirmed, your order needs time for production and preparation before it ships to the address you enter at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Production and preparation typically take an estimated 2–5 business days before your order ships, and production may take longer during busy periods. Orders placed on our website ship by Standard shipping, estimated at 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States after shipment. Production time and shipping time are separate; business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days. Production and delivery may take longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays, weather, or your location. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address. You'll see the shipping charge and final order total before you pay. Shipping is separate from puzzle and bundle prices.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email a Black Girl Shop shipping confirmation to the address you provided at checkout. Tracking information will be included when available. Some shipments may not have tracking, and carrier updates can take time to appear.
